We try to provide as much correct information relating to our products description as much as possible, slight variations may occur in relation to measurement, size, pattern, colour and material. Colour and size may appear different due to the calibre of some device/computer screens, filters are sometimes used on some stock images from our suppliers whilst we try our very best to give a description of each and every product there may be slight variations.

Please refer to the items description and images to consider if the items are a good fit for your intended purpose, if ever in doubt please do not hesitate to contact us as we will endeavour to give you as much information as possible.

Please note; many of our handcrafted items are made from natural materials, and as such each item will have its own unique shape, colour and natural grain. This adds to the beauty of each piece and is not considered as an imperfection.

We do offer Pre order items on some of our products most of these items we do order before there arrival but in some circumstances that are out of our control our supplier may run out of stock, in this case we will offer a full refund for the product.  We do not however offer refunds on Pre order items. All Pre orders are an estimated time of delivery as due to manufacturing and shipping times can vary.
