Shipping policy

Please be advised there may be some delay with shipping times due to the recent outbreak of covid19 virus. It is government requirement that all parcels be left in a safe place at the front door of a person's residence.

For total complete shopping carts under $50, a Flat rate shipping of $12.00 to all major capital cities, but extra charges may apply to regional areas. For total complete shopping carts between $50.01 to $150, a flat rate shipping of $20 to all major capital cities, but extra charges may apply to regional areas.  Free shipping for oders over $150.  Excluding bulky/heavy or large items. All orders will be Authority to leave in a safe place, if you do not wish to have Authority to leave please leave a comment in the notes when checking out.We do not ship to Po boxes or parcel lockers.

Free shipping for orders over $150 that do not exceed the 8kg shipping weight excluding bulky/heavy or large items such as ramps. If you live in a regional/remote location an addition shipping cost may occur where we will notify you of any additional costs via email. These costs need to be made prior to shipping. If you do not wish to pay the extra we will offer a refund.

Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping ( Peak period times such as Christmas please allow 8-10 days) depending on location. For rural areas your items may take a little longer.

If an item has been prearranged for pick up from the showroom , you will need to do so within 2 weeks of email confirmation that the order has arrived and is ready for pick up. Otherwise we reserve the right to sell the item to the next in line. 

We pride ourselves in making sure your items are packed so they arrive in the exact same way they leave our office. If an item is damaged upon arrival please contact us immediately so an investigation can be opened with the Courier or Australia post. All our shipping costs are non refundable.
